It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara M. Wiggins of Liverpool, New York, who passed away on November 20, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard McCloskey and Gwendolyn McCloskey; her children, Richard Wiggins, Debbie Schroeder and Lynne Wiggins; and her siblings, Connie McCloskey and Dr. Keith McCloskey.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Scott of Phoenix, NY; her daughter-in-law Jeneen Wiggins of Conklin, NY; her grandchildren, Rachel, Ryan, Rebecca, Jessica, Jodi, Michael, Brett, Jason and Carla; and her great grandchildren, John, Madison, Jackson, Lincoln, McKinley, Brayden, Logan, Hayes, Preston, Brooklyn, Ryleigh and Morgan.
