He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Butler and Peggy Butler; and his sister Jackie. He is survived by: his wife Frances Butler; his daughters, Cindy Butler (Mike) of Onondaga Hill, Lynne Revette (Keith) of Syracuse and Kristi Butler (Frank) of Lyncourt; his stepchildren, Lynne Pirro (Joe) of Liverpool, Lori Ciarla (Lou) of Camillus and Ron Smith (Jennifer) of Onondaga Hill; his son Craig Holava of Constantia; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Michael, Timothy, Joey, Anthony, Dominick, Joseph, Louie, Patrick, Alexandra, Ronnie and Madison. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
