He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Kleisath and Eva Mattison Kleisath; his wife Kaye Kleisath; and his brother Paul Kleisath. He is survived by: his son Kevin Kleisath (Hope) of Preble; and his granddaughters, Reganne of Hammond, LA and Madison.
