She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Telaak and Dorothy Telaak (Gasper); her husband Daniel R. Blesy; and her stepgrandchild Kassie. She is survived by: her children, Scott Johnson (Katelyn) of Mansfield and Amy Masson (Mike) of Florida; her stepchildren, Daniel F. Blesy of Boston, James Blesy of Springville, John Blesy of Boston, Mark Blesy of Orchard Park and Deborah Howard of Springville; her siblings, Donald Telaak (Lynn) of Mansfield, Diane O'Brien (Jim) of Williamsville, Wende Coffman (Jim), Karen Chapman (Ed) of East Otto, David Telaak (Joyce) of Ellicottville and Barb Toth (Archie) of Mansfield; her grandchildren, Robert, Christopher, Gracy, Maddox, Rian, Oliver and Emerson Rose; and her great grandchild Dominic. She is also survived by several step-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
