He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Waters and Gladys Waters (Bliss); and his siblings, Ray, Robert Waters, Kermit, Donald Ryman, Dorothy Skeels and Marge Drew.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Lewis; his son Marc Waters (Carrie) of Mansfield; and his sister-in-law Sally Waters. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
