He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Mosher and Emma Hintz Mosher; his wife Laura Loraine Boardman; his daughter Debra J. Ralston; and his siblings, Lester Mosher, Miriam Sheffield and Gearld W. Mosher.

He is survived by: his sons, Douglas J. Mosher of Olean, Keith R. Mosher (Diane) of Olean and Kevin R. Mosher (Becky) of Little Valley; his son-in-law Scott Ralston of Olean; and his grandchildren, Crystal, Jessica, Joshua, Phillip, Jennifer, Stephanie, Nova, Rory, Jena, Zane, Adam, Joel and Katie. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
