She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Capron and Agnes Capron (Case); her son Eugene Viereck; her foster siblings, Robert Lounsbury and Ella Baker; and her great grandchild Scott Paschen.
She is survived by: her son Dennis Viereck (Cathy) of Little Valley; her grandchildren, Theodore Nichols (Tiffany), Sherry Charlesworth (John), Shannon Viereck, Danielle Finch (Mark), Michelle Liskow (Kirk), Dennis Viereck (Heather), Jeremy Nichols and Andrew Ecker; and her sister-in-law Marcella Capron. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Napoli United Methodist Church or the Cattaraugus County ASPCA.
