He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Charlesworth and Georgia Charlesworth (Morton); and his siblings, Howard Charlesworth and Phyllis Krug. He is survived by: his children, John E. Charlesworth (Sherry) of Cattaraugus, Jay Charlesworth of Cattaraugus, Jennifer Savidge (Wayde) of Little Valley and Kristina Golden (Dave) of Little Valley; his sisters, Hazel Fellows of Little Valley and Jane Ritter of Jamestown; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Courtney, Nicholas, Amelia and Jack. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
