The passing of Edward R. Derby of Little Valley, New York leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on February 19, 2025 at the age of 98. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Derby and Alice Venman Derby; his siblings, Charles, John, Mabel, Marianne and Eleanor; his former wife Betty Engblom; and his stepchildren, Carole Finger and Daniel Oberg.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; and his stepsons, David Oberg of Warren, PA and John Oberg of Auburn, CA.. He is also survived by his six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rouse Suites Community Room (615 Rouse Ave, Youngsville, PA 16371).
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a memorial contribution may consider the Humane Society of Warren, PA, or First Methodist Church Warren.
