With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Curtis Smith of Little Genesee, New York, born in Olean, New York, who passed away on March 26, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Paul B. Smith; his former wife Henrietta J. Speta; his mother Geraldine Wood Bolivar; his brother Thomas H. Smith; his stepbrother Phillip Wood; and his stepfather Carlton Wood.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Krusey; his children, Michelle L. Reynolds Richburg, Patricia A. Allen Leesburg and Duane C. Smith of Clifton Springs, NY; his siblings, Linda Benjamin (Skip), Carol Perrin of Palm Harbor, FL, Nancy Borrino of Webster, NY and David (Kathi Winecker); and his stepsiblings, Brenda (Roger), Dale, Merle Wood of Greeley, CO and Bruce Wood (Amy Nielsen) of Davenport, IA.
