She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wojtczak and Florence Cyman Wojtczak; and her brothers, Michael, John, Frank and Joseph Wojtczak.
She is survived by: her husband Edward J. Richter; her children, Edward Richter Marilla (Diane), James F. Richter Little and Billie M. Price Lockport (Steven); and her siblings, Marie Schmitt Little (Richard) and Thomas Wojtczak Angola.
