He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol and Thomas Sr.; and his brother Bernard. He is survived by: his siblings, Theresa, Beverly, Kathy, Janice, Gary, Patrick and Danny; and his nephew Tom. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
