He was predeceased by: his parents, Zygmunt Bugaj and Frances Bugaj (McGraith); his sons, Brett and Zygmunt "Ziggy" Bugaj; and his brother Terrance Bugaj.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy L. DeMag; his children, Lisa Bugaj, Rebecca Fredericks (Dale) and Joshua Bugaj; his grandchildren, Brianna, Rice and Cole Fredericks; his great grandchildren, Kallen and Ava Rice; his siblings, Kenneth Bugaj and Karen Sager; and his canines, Harmony and Diesel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws.
