He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Rath and Minnie Rath (Michaluk); and his wife Lura E. Gross. He is survived by: his children, Sharri Hatcher (Larry) of Chinquapin, NC and Steve Rath of Newport; his grandchildren, Laken, Dallas Hatcher, Nathaniel, Cameron and Brayden Rath; and his brothers-in-law, Dale Gross (Connie) of Middleville, LeRoy Gross of Middleville and Ed Gross (Carol) of Coconut Beach, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
