He is survived by: his parents, Bill Salamacha and Peggy Salamacha of Cassville; his brother Jeffrey Salamacha of Denver, CO; his daughter Victoria Seraphina Salamacha; and his friend Francine Vero of Saratoga. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
