He was predeceased by: his brother Christopher Clark; and his pet Willie. He is survived by: his wife Violet L. Clark; his sons, Phillip Andrew Clark, Jr. (Rhonda) of Leland, NC and Matthew Charles Clark (Roxanne) of Basin, Montana; his pets, Sadie and Ollie; his daughter Stacey Murray of Little Falls; and his sisters, Ellen, Patty and Julie. He is also survived by many other extended family members including his niece.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mohawk Valley Funerals and Cremations (7507 NY-5, Little Falls, NY 13365). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Mohawk Valley Funerals and Cremations-Daniel (7507 NY-5, Little Falls, NY 13365).
