He was predeceased by: his parents, George Otrupcak and Anna Otrupcak (Mizerak); and his wife Katherine. He is survived by: his daughters, Diana Toher (Thomas) of Little Falls and Cynthia Otrupcak of Little Falls; his grandsons, Thomas Toher (Stacia) of Mechanicville and Christopher Toher (Andrea) of Canajoharie; his great grandchildren, Courtney, Thomas, Brady and Natalie; his brother-in-law John Sadlek (Loueva) of Sebastian, FL; his nieces and nephews, Cheryl Boucher, John Sadlek, Kathy, Jack Riley, Mary Belleville, Douglas and Karlene Roberts; and also, Sara, Rick Hartman and Diane Crimmins.
