He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Warn and Sharon Warn (Lamanna); and his girlfriend Charlene Remis. He is survived by: his son Michael Warn, Jr. (Courtney Miligy); his grandchildren, Alivia, Dominick, Arya, Jaxon and Caleb; and his siblings, Connie McConnell, Robert Warn, Jr. (Lisa), Tammy, Mike Christman, Daniel Warn (Laura), Christopher and Ashley Warn. He is also survived by several aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and dear friends.
