He is survived by: his parents, John Dise and Judy Dise; his close friend Jane Dillman; his wife Jane; his children, Travis (Ivana) and Autumn (Timothy); his siblings-in-law, Denise Dillman and Robert Dillman (Sue); his brother Bill (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Zachary, Melody and Silas.
