She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward G. Colwell and Henrietta Colwell (O'Mara) of Mary's Academy; and her sisters, Mary Ellen Tomei, Sarah Nobile and Sue Ann Colwell.
She is survived by: her sons, Kalen Clapper and Daniel Clapper; her sister Jeanne Murphy (William); her granddaughters, Kyra Mansour (Clapper) and Shannon Clapper; and her great grandchild François Mansour. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
