He is survived by: his children, John Bertrand (Karen) of New Hartford, NY, Colleen Cool (Keith) of Schyler, NY, Marlene Burch of San Antonio, TX, Lorene (Dave) and Tim Bertrand (Dawn) of Apex, NC. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
