He was predeceased by: his father Richard F. Munchbach. He is survived by: his mother Mildred E. Van Guilder Munchbach; his wife Shirley; and his siblings, Carl (Chester), Paul, Roger, Lois, Doris and Ruth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
