She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Urtz and Peggy Urtz (Dwyer); her husband Jimmy; her parents-in-law, Robert and Helen Cotter; her brothers, Tom and Robert Urtz; her siblings-in-law, Cecelia Urtz and Eddie Cotter; and her nephews, Jimmy Zysk and Jason Sullivan.
She is survived by: her brother Steven Urtz (Celenna) of Fort Mohave; her siblings-in-law, Noreen of Little Falls, Stan Zysk of Little Falls, Liz of Little Falls, Rod Pritchard of Little Falls, Cathy of Little Falls and Dave Carpineti of Little Falls; and her nieces and nephews, Jeff Urtz, Chris, Shannon Urtz, Lisa Urtz, Albert Scott, Katrina Kile, Andy, Sharon Zysk, Walt, Alicia Zysk, Shauna Cone, Laura, Manny Cruz, Ellen Cone, Bill Carpineti, Kait, Sean Regan and Nora Sullivan. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, cousins, and close friends.
