Ida M. Ballard Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ida M. Ballard of Lisle, New York, born in Harford, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 14, 2024 at the age of 95. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl William Higham and Thelma Keyes; her husband Donald; and her son Richard. She is survived by: her daughter Linda Cassidy of Middlebury. She is also survived by one sister and two brothers.
