She was predeceased by: her father Cecil Bernard; and her son Joshua L. Powell. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Ann Wilson (Marriott); her husband Richard Powell Sr.; her children, Andrea Hayden (Darrell) of Lisbon, NY and Richard Powell Jr. (Julie Quinones) of Rensselaer Falls, NY; her siblings, William Wilson (Lucy) of New Port Richey, FL and Sally Wood (Wally) of Lisbon, NY; her grandchildren, Caleb Hayden, Rylan Powell and Landon Hayden; and her brother-in-law Herbert Powell (Pam) of Greene, NY. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Frary Funeral Home (515 Caroline St, Ogdensburg, NY 13669). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Lisbon Volunteer Fire Department or the Lisbon Central School Sports Boosters in Linda's memory.
