It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty H. Seguin of Lisbon, New York, who passed away on May 28, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughters, Beulah LaFlair and Susan Gagnon; her sister Bessie N. Seguin; her parents, O. Wesley Dennis and Beulah Dennis (Simser); and her spouse Thomas Robert Seguin.

She is survived by: her daughters, Penny LaRock of Ogdensburg, NY and Patricia Dawson of Ogdensburg, NY. She is also survived by five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
