He was predeceased by: his father Laverne D. Rose Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Joanne E. Rose; his girlfriend Tina; his children, Cody and Chelsea; his grandson Callum; his brothers, Dan Rose (Deb) and Scott Rose (Lisa); his former wife Cindy; and also, Jolene (Nivek) and Sierra (Carson). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Josh Palmer Fund, a local nonprofit that aids cancer patients and their families.
