He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Robert McNeill, Olin Dobson and John "Jack" Pope. He is survived by: his parents, Matthew McNeill and Susan McNeill (Dobson) of Lindley, NY; his daughter Nevaeh McNeill; the parent of his child Whitney Horton; his siblings, Melissa Nobriga (Josh) of Lindley, NY and Kyle McNeill of Lindley, NY; his grandmothers, Peggy McNeill of Lindley, NY and Margaret Sylvia Dobson of Painted Post, NY; his nieces and nephews, Hailie, Luke and Chelsea; and his pet Hunter. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
