He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Congdon and Helen Congdon (Sourbier); his wife Margaret Congdon (O'Bryan); his daughters, Karen Gerow (Bruce) and Kristine Wagner; his grandchildren, Shawn Gerow, Chad Gerow, Matthew Wagner and Melissa Wagner; his sisters, Alice Woodworth, Donna McCarthy and Patricia Gregory (Samuel); and his siblings-in-law, Terrance O'Bryan, Fred Draper and Ellen O'Bryan. He was also cherished by two great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and extended family.
