He is survived by: his wife Sandra Coykendall (Putnam); his children, Tammy Marsh (Larry) and Kelsee Coykendall; his grandson Ian Marsh; and his siblings, Jodie Antone (Michael), Gale Angle (Bill), Shellie Russell (Doug), Carter Coykendall (Garry) and Randy Coykendall. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
