It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith Elizabeth Davis of Lindley, New York, born in Corning, New York, who passed away on September 22, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Wilbur and Clara Dickerson Smith; her husband Richard Davis; her siblings, Eldon, Wilbur and Vonda Smith; and her sister-in-law Shirley Snyder Smith.
She is survived by: her son Colin J. Davis of Lindley; her grandson Logan Clark of Painted Post; her siblings, Lorena Peters of Corning, Donna Smith of Painted Post, Alton Smith (Nancy) of Tuscarora, NY and Clinton Smith (Nancy) of Tuscarora; and her sisters-in-law, Marion Smith of Tuscarora and Duranda Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
