We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2021, at the age of 89, Betty M. Tyler of Lindley, New York, born in Campbell, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Groves and Beatrice Groves (Merrill); her husband Waldo F. Tyler; and her siblings, Claudia Groves, Hilda Groves, Maryann Angona, Ruth Vanderworker, Rosalie Aldridge, Herbert Groves, Frederick Groves and John Groves.
She is survived by: her close friend Tiny Ann; her children, Joyce Schuler (George) of Fredericksburg, VA, Shirley Lechnowsky (Walter) of Crossville, TN, Lewis Tyler (Linda) of Crossville, TN, Jim Tyler (Shirley) of Beaver Dams, NY, Gerald Tyler (Robin) of New Field, NY, Ken Tyler (Cindy) of Lindley and Gary Tyler of Rocky Point, NC; and her sisters, Gloria Moore and Virginia Groves of Beaver Dams, NY. She is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren, forty-four great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
