He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Davis and Alton Davis. He is survived by: his siblings, Jean and Anna Mae; his wife Jean Clark Davis; his children, Christopher Davis, Cameron Davis (Barbara), Tami Blauberg, Marie Stegner (Ronald), Cindi Hagan (Cliff) and Jean Gallegro (John); his grandchildren, Alanna, Jake, Katie, Lyric, Jeremy, Brendan, Jamie, James, Joseph, Tom, Sean, Michael and Peter; and his great grandchildren, Nora, William, Finn, Anna, Ellie and Jack.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Sherwood's name to Operation Smile, Shriners Hospital for Children and/or Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
