It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Feeney (Lindenhurst, New York), born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on September 12, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father James; her husband John Feeney; her brothers, John, Denis, Patrick, Thomas and William; and her son Denis.
She is survived by: her sisters, Judy and Margaret; and her children, John (Jocelyn), Maureen, Karen, Margaret (Mike), Susan, Michael, Patrick and Diane (Paul).
She was also a long-time member of the Copiague Homemakers Society, and was known to be an avid craft-maker, including crocheting Afghan blankets and shawls for her grandchildren, and to donate to local nursing homes and baby nurseries.
