He was predeceased by: his parents, John Murphy and Goldie Murphy (Mack); his wife E. Dorothy Murphy (Larson); and his siblings, John, Milton Murphy and Maxine Cramer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Colleen Wallin (Rick) of Limestone, NY and Cathleen; his grandchildren, Carl "Duke" Wallin and Dawn Bishop; and his great grandchildren, Dakota, Alissa Harlan and Carleen Glassmire. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Limestone Volunteer Fire Department or the Limestone American Legion.
