He was predeceased by: his wife Ann; and his siblings, Thomas P. Bukowski (Marie-Madeleine) and William M. Bukowski (late Bete). He is survived by: his children, Mary Julia Schutz (Rafael), Stanley L. (Romana), Ann B. Roth (Michael), Clare Ganey (Kevin), Michael T. (Gretchen), Timothy P. (Naomi Kagetsu), John D. (Shari) and Justin D. (Lori Peters). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
