He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul, Mary Collins, Robert Booher and Jane Vanderhoff. He is survived by: his parents, Greg Collins and Joanna Collins (Booher); his brothers, Cory Collins (Leigha), Christopher Collins (Megan Kamler) and Ethan Collins (Meghan Scantlebury); his grandmother Sarah Booher; his niece River-Lyn Collins; and his nephew Liam Collins. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, and his loving nurses.
