He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" O'Brien; his children, John O'Brien (Andrea), Lisa O'Brien, Jenn Torres (Mike) and Tim Reynolds (Katie Schneider); his brothers, Gary O'Brien (Debbie), Randy O'Brien (Cheryl) and Tom O'Brien; and his grandchildren, Jonathan (Katherine), Christopher, Ashleigh, Sophia, Isabel, Matthew and Elijah. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
