He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Moore and Evelyn Moore. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Moore; his grandchildren, Gwendolyn of Skylar Meyer and Susan Moore; and his brother Stephen Moore (Barbara). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
