He was predeceased by: his father Paul Kolstee. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Kolstee; and his siblings, Rebecca Javurek, Karen Kolstee, David (Jennifer) and Douglas Kolstee (Vanessa). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
