She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard O'Grady and Viola O'Grady; her brother John O'Grady; and her close friend Peter Munson. She is survived by: her son Bernard O'Grady (Judy Murphy); her siblings, Jean Faro and James O'Grady (Sue); her stepson Ian Serfine; and her grandchildren, Kelsey Marie O'Grady, Bernard Daniel O'Grady, Brendan Michael O'Grady and Alora Marygrace O'Grady. She is also survived by one great grandchild on the way; several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association, PO Box 7023 Merrifield, VA 22116-7023 in her memory.
