She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Whalen and Bertha Whalen. She is survived by: her husband Charles; her children, Debra Swanger (George Ostrander) and Janet Scafetta (Jeff); her grandchildren, Cale (Sharon), Darrell (Aimee), Benjamin Sigas (Katherine Miranda) and Eric Scafetta; her nieces and nephews, Diane Hagan (John), Sharon Schumacher (Bill), Sandi Morarity (Mark), Steve Futter (Linda) and Craig Futter (Cindy); and her close friends, Mary Rouse, Ellen Weber, Carol Bettin (Walt) and Ann Brule.
