She was predeceased by: her husband Michael "Terry"; her grandson Daniel Centola; and her daughter-in-law Teresa. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Colleen), Kevin, Kathleen Centola, Timothy and Susan Pazda (Tom); her grandchildren, Matthew (Nicole), Paul Centola, Rachel, Benjamin, Andrea Pazda, Ashlee Brady, Terence (Samantha), Samuel Brady and Kim Johnston (Cullen); and her sisters, Lois Daskiewich and Carol Kelly. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
