She was predeceased by: her husband William D. O'Brien; her parents, Carl Holfoth and Ruth Holfoth; and her sister Marilyn Donegan. She is survived by: her children, Marcia Nashburn (Rick), Julie Forcucci (Matt), Daniel O'Brien (Peg) and Michael O'Brien (Sharon); and her grandchildren, Chelsea Na (Tim), Chelsea Nashburn (Tim), Savery, Kevin, Kristen Forcucci, Erin O'Brien, Beau, Will (Taylor) and Liam O'Brien.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
