She was predeceased by: her parents, John DeSmith and Eileen Coyle; and her sisters, Kathy Plain and Cindy Dollinger. She is survived by: her children, Bethany Augrom (Peter), Shaun Fowler (Allison), Amy Forte (Daniel), Alexis Fowler and Zachary Fowler; and her siblings, Karen Mercer (Jonathan), Thomas Coyle (Lara) and Timothy Coyle. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
