She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Hornbeck and Ralph Hornbeck; her daughter Teresa Horvath; her siblings, Raymond Hornbeck and Dorothy Botsford (Milton Botsford); and her niece Dona Valletta (Botsford).
She is survived by: her son Gary (Robin); her sister Betty Shaver; and her sister-in-law Elise Hornbeck of Grahamsville. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and nephews.
