He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald V. "Footsie" Hasbrouck and Vivian A. Martin Hasbrouck; and his sister JoAnn H. Hummel. He is survived by: his sister Vicki Wood (Matt) of Claryville, NY; his uncle Allie Hasbrouck (Kathy) of Liberty, NY; and his nieces and nephews, Chris Hummel (Trish), Pennie Conkling, Craig Hummel, Alan Price and Jennifer McPhillips (Brian). He is also survived by many great nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions in Tom's name made be made to the Liberty Hose Truck # 2, 256 Sprague Ave., Liberty, NY 12754.
