He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Buenaventura Figueroa Santiago and Puerto Rico; and his children, Migdalia Santiago Torres, Myrna Santiago Torres, Sixto Santiago Torres, Jr., Pedro Santiago Torres and Sandra Santiago Torres. He was also cherished by 21 grandchildren and several great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
