He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph (Anna Malecky Martinkovic) and Richard; and his son Joseph Martinkovic. He is survived by: his wife Janet Martinkovic; and his children, Jill Martinkovic of Kingston, NY and Michael Martinkovic (Yineth) of London.
Memorial contributions in Dick's name may be made to St. Peter's Church or the American Cancer Society.
