He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence LaJoie and Beverly LaJoie of Dannemora, NY; his sister Sally LaJoie; his brothers-in-law, Henry Peters (Rosemary) and Athan Criaris; and his parents-in-law, Henry and Helen Peters.
He is survived by: his wife Bettie LaJoie (Claire); his children, Carrie LaJoie, Nicole (Tim Phipps) and Lawrence LaJoie (Diana); his grandchildren, Alex, Sarah, Ella, Amara, Alexa and Mykynzie; and his sister Linda Criaris. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
